Ski Connect is a vision that has been evolving since 2010. Founded by Justin and Shelley Carter, both Level 4 professional ski instructors who worked in leading ski resorts around the world from 1995 to 2017, the platform was born from firsthand experience in the snowsports industry. Through years of teaching and guiding clients on mountains across the globe, the idea emerged to create a place where clients and instructors could find the right match and begin building that relationship before stepping onto the snow.

As professional instructors ourselves, we always aimed to help our clients develop a love of the sport and create snow experiences that stay with them for a lifetime.
Over the years we have worked with young children taking their first turns on skis, athletes progressing to high-level competition, nervous skiers who believed they would never leave the beginner slopes, and even grandparents who arrived planning to watch from the sidelines but ended up discovering the joy of skiing for themselves.
